CHINA: In addition to those comments re the South China Sea [see 0351ET/0851BST
bullet], the Foreign Ministry says that China will impose sanctions on Lockheed
Martin over its recent sale of arms to Taiwan. Alongside the escalating US-China
rhetoric, the Lockheed headlines have pushed S&P futures back near session lows
(3,143.00) and only slightly above yesterday's late low (3,140.50). Bouncing a
little now. In event of move lower, there's major downside support at 3,105.00.
