India's National Stock Exchange Pushes Back Trading Holiday To June 29

India's National Stock Exchange has moved its equity trading holiday to June 29 from June 28, echoing an earlier move by the state of Maharashtra, where the NSE is based.

  • India's BSE also confirmed that it would move its trading holiday to June 29.
  • The holiday is for the religious festival Bakri Eid.
