223,000 level (a multi-decade low) in Oct 14 employment survey week.
- The 4-wk moving avg +1,250 to 239,750 and would be expected to rise 
further next week as the 229,000 level in the Oct 28 drops out.
- Unadjusted claims in Puerto Rico 6,944 vs 6,690 prev, while Virgin 
Islands claims 116 vs 106 prev as filing still disrupted.
- Continuing claims +36k to 1.904m in the Nov 11 week after hitting a 
multi-decade low level in the previous week.
