We will be running "Instant Answers" for today's FOMC decision at 1400ET. We'll publish the answers to these questions on our website Bullets and Bloomberg Bullets Feeds (e.g. MNBP2) shortly after the Fed decision is released. The questions that we have selected for this meeting are:

  • Any changes to Fed Funds / IORB / ON RRP rates?
  • Does the FOMC say net asset purchases will end in February or before March?
  • In the 4th paragraph, does the FOMC say the maximum employment goal has been met or could be met soon, or the FOMC is close to or nearing its maximum employment goal?
  • Does the FOMC say it will consider whether it will be appropriate to hike soon or at its next meeting, or say a hike may soon be warranted/appropriate?
  • Does the FOMC describe any potential hikes as ‘gradual’?
  • Does the FOMC describe any potential hikes as ‘measured’?
