Iraq is planning to boost crude oil output capacity of the southern field of Majnoon by 160kbpd by the end of 2023, from currently 240kbpd, while the actual output of the field is capped at 50kbpd due to OPEC restrictions, Dhia Shakir Al-Luaibi, director of the field’s production committee, said.

  • The Basra Oil Company is planning to reach output of 600kbpd in the coming four years.
