Iraqi Oil Production at 4.6mn bpd

Iraq’s nationwide crude oil production has dipped over the past two months to just over 4.6 million bpd according to the Iraq Oil Report – a fall of about 150,000 bpd from January.

  • Iraq’s northern pipeline has been offline since late March because of ongoing disruption in Iraqi Kurdistan oil flows, taking down about 475,000 bpd of exports according to the Iraq Oil Report.
  • Iraqi production is expected to face further pressure in May because of voluntary OPEC+ quota commitments.
