EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: Issuance is completed for the week, totalling E14.1bln
compared to just E5.0bln last week.
- RECAP: On Monday, Italy sold E6.0bln of the new 6-month April 30, 2019 BOT.
Also Monday, France sold E4.5bln of BTFs, including E2.45bln 3-month Jan-23,
2019 BTF, E1.09bln 6-month Apr 10, 2019 BTF and E0.991bln 12-month Sep 10, 2019
BTF. On Tuesday, Belgium sold E2.4bln of T-bills, including E1.397bln of the
1-month Dec 13 T-Bill, E0.5bln of the 3-month Mar 7 T-Bill, and E0.5bln of the
6-month May-9 T-bill. On Wednesday, Greece concluded weekly issuance by selling
E1.1375bln of 26-week May 3, 2019 T-bills (E875mln competitive, E263mln
non-competitive).
- CASH FLOWS: There is E17.6bln in redemptions this week; Italy accounting for
E6.0bln, France E5.8bln, Netherlands E4.4bln and Greece E1.4bln. This leaves net
cash flow at negative E3.6bln compared to negative E0.7bln last week.
