GREECE: It was been widely reported that Greece is planning to return to the
capital markets in the first half of 2018. Financial Times reports that Greece
"Plans to issue a set of three- and ten-year-bonds".
- According to the report, sources at the finance ministry say the plan aims "at
raising about E6 billion, just over a third of an estimated E15 billion that
Athens wants in order to create a cash buffer for when the latest bailout deal
ends next August"
