EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE
EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE: It will be a relatively busy week for issuance this
week with France, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece and the ESM coming to market with
total supply estimated at E12.0bln compared to E12.40bln the previous week.
- ISSUANCE: The Netherlands will be the first to come to market with a tap of
the Apr 30, 2020 DTC for E2.0bln on Monday. On the same day France will sell the
Feb 5, 2020 BTF, Apr 8, 2020 BTF and the Oct 7, 2020 BTF for a combined
E3.5-4.7bln. The ESM will sell 3-month bills for E2.5bln on Tuesday. Belgium
will offer the Mar 12, 2020 TC and the May 14, 2020 TC with target volumes to be
announced. Greece will sell Feb 7, 2020 bills for E0.375bln on Wednesday. 
- CASH FLOWS: There will be E12.4bln in redemptions next week which will leave
cash flows at negative E0.38bln.
