CHINA PRESS: James Lau, Hong Kong's Secretary for Financial Services and the
Treasury, said on Friday that the Hong Kong government is discussing with the
Chinese government the possibility of implementing the free and unlimited
convertibility of the yuan in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,
according to a Caixin Report on Friday. Discussions are still in the preliminary
stage and no substantial plan has been made, Lau stressed, the report said.
