CANADA DATA: Jan NSA CPI +0.1%, vs flat expected; +1.4% y/y, lowest 
since Oct'17, as expected. 3 of 8 major categories posted m/m declines, 
including transportation, which was the only category to also post a y/y 
decline. Air transportation and gasoline prices were main downward 
contributors m/m. Gasoline was main downward contributor y/y while 
mortg interest costs were main upward contributor y/y. BOC already 
expects below target infl through 3Q19. So likely to look through dip, 
especially since core measures all unchanged, still averaging 1.9%.
