JGBS
JGBS: JGB futures have stuck to a 5 tick range, consolidating around the lows of
the overnight session, while cash bonds are a touch softer across the curve.
- Participants await the results of the latest liquidity enhancement auction for
15.5-39 Year JGBs.
- Pressure continues to return to futures' 100 (150.74) & 200 (150.76)-DMAs with
bears taking comfort in the contract remaining capped ahead of 150.94-151.02. A
close below the 100-DMA would shift initial focus to the May 16 low (150.62).
