JGBS: JGB futures stuck to a tight range during Tuesday's morning session, with
a lack of fundamental trigger points apparent during the coming week.
- The cash space operated either side of unchanged in early dealing before
modest underperformance was noted in the longer end of the curve after a sloppy
15.5-39 Year liquidity enhancement auction drew a low cover ratio and generated
a relatively wide tail.
- Participants continue to look to this week's 2-Year supply and BOJ Rinban
operations for inspiration, with the BOJ's 10-25+ Year operations due later
today, as well as an address from BOJ's Suzuki.
