JGB futures ticked lower in early European.....>

JGBS
JGBS: JGB futures ticked lower in early European hours Tuesday, before
recovering the bulk of the fall through the remainder of the day. The leg lower
may have been aided by the circulation of a note from SMBC Nikko, which
suggested that the BoJ may cut the size of its Rinban purchases today.
- The JGB curve had twist flattened in Tokyo hours, with longer dated paper
supported by a strong 10-Year auction.
- The aforementioned BoJ Rinban operations, covering 1-10 Year paper, provide
the highlight of today's docket.
