an MNI calc. 
- Private nonres building -1.0%, driven by -3.4% in commercial, -0.7%  
in power, and -2.2% in health care.
- Public construction +0.7%, after June rev up to -1.7% from -3.5%. 
State and local government building +0.6%, while federal government 
construction +2.5%.
