US DATA: July import prices +0.1% and flat ex. petro. Petro prices +0.7%, 
total fuel prices +0.5%. Import prices ex all fuels -0.1%, with gains in 
foods and feeds and capital goods offset by declines in industrial 
supplies ex. fuels and in autos, suggesting little underlying inflation 
pressures. Non-fuel import prices +0.7% y/y and import prices ex. petro 
+0.9% y/y. Overall import prices were +1.5% y/y in July. Export prices 
+0.4% from June and were +0.3% ex. agriculture. Agricultural export
