WTI futures mounted another attempt at the April 9 high at $64.79 level
yesterday but were unsuccessful, keeping the near term outlook neutral. A close
above here and the $65 level would open a run at the Oct 23 low at $66.60 ahead
of the 76.4% retracement/Oct 26 high at $68.17/28. Bears need a break below
Monday's low at $63.03 to open the 21-dma/April 5 low at $62.09/$61.82. Below
here would open the 200-dma at $60.72.
