WTI futures have finally managed to clear the $65 helped by positive headlines

which now puts the focus back on the Oct 23 low at $66.60 ahead of the 76.4%

retracement/Oct 26 high at $68.17/28. Bears need a break below The April 15 low

at $63.03 to open the 21-dma/April 5 low at $62.36/$61.82. Below here would

target the 200-dma at $60.72.
