KEBCO Flows out of Russian Ports Slips in September

Kazakh KEBCO oil exported out of Russian ports fell 19% in September m/m to 0.64mn metric tons according to LSEG data.

  • Lower KEBCO flows were the result of weaker Kazakh production because of power outages in August at major fields.
  • Kazakh crude production dipped by around 3% in August m/m to 7,06 million tons.
