Keystone pipeline flows from Hardisty to Nebraska have averaged 558kbpd as of Monday, according to a Genscape notice seen by Bloomberg.

  • Flows have been ramping up since the pipeline restart on 30 Dec.
  • In comparison, segment rates averaged 329kbpd in December and 597kbpd in November.
  • The unaffected segment running from Hardisty to Patoka restarted on 14 Dec at reduced rates.
