KOREA RATES: Korean rate markets are having a quiet day amid a lack of headlines
and data releases. The 10-year bond is trading flat, as are swap rates, with the
bearish trend in yields remaining intact despite the recovering equity market. 
- While upside pressure on US rates has returned, Chinese rates have plunged to
new lows today and Korean rates have had a closer correlation with Chinese rates
over the past month. 
- Korean breakevens have come back off their recent highs amid the slight oil
price correction, which has likely weighed on yields.
