DOLLAR-YEN: Languishing near to the low despite higher US rate yields and a
firmer Nikkei, with barely any flows to report. Investors are largely side-lined
with US CPI and Retail Sales due later tonight. Options expiries may also be a
cause for the lacklustre market with large strikes between Y112.00-113.00
($4.78bn) rolling off today. Yesterday's low Y112.13 and high Y112.52 the
initial support and resistance levels. Dollar-yen is changing hands at Y112.20
and the range thus far has been Y112.17 to Y112.31.
