worried president may not sign bill -- further underscoring risk off action. Sen
McConnell comes out after the closing bell stating the president WILL sign the
the spending bill AND declare a state of emergency. Little cold water thrown on
Tsys, pared gains while equities blipped higher. Mkts progressively inured to
machinations, have already retraced the mild post McConnell moves. Tsys in
narrow range since paring mid-morning rally. Curve update:
* 2s10s -0.818, 15.932 (15.547L/17.239H);
* 2s30s +1.180, 50.825 (48.583L/51.283H);
* 5s30s +2.485, 53.076 (50.014L/53.510H);

* Mar Ultra bonds up 19/32 at 161-03 (160-11L/161-25H)
* Mar 30-yr Bond futures up 22/32 at 146-14 (145-21L/146-28H)
* Mar 10-yr futures up 12/32 at 122-04 (121-22.5L/122-09.5H)
* Mar 5-yr futures up 7/32 at 114-20 (114-11.75L/114-23.75H)
