  • Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Russia are planning to strengthen regulation of the Central Securities Depository.
    • A bill has been prepared that adjusts the adequacy ratio of the central securities depository's own funds, taking into account a number of operational and custodian risks, and also introduces an instant liquidity standard (H2) to minimize the risks assumed by the central securities depository when making settlements on a day-to-day basis
