BONDS: LEVELS TO WATCH: The RBA, BoC and Fed have all eased aggressively this
week. Which CB will be next? Technical trend readings remain bullish with focus
primarily on supports that should hold to maintain the underlying trend.
*** TYM0 KEY LEVEL: SUP: 134-09, Tuesday's low and key S/T support. 132-00, key
trend support. This area capped gains in Sep, Oct and Feb (cont.). While it
seems far away, sharp swings in markets are possible as coronavirus related
events evolve.
*** RXM0 KEY LEVEL: SUP: 174.02, Tuesday's low and key S/T support. 172.45, Jan
31 high is a more significant support. RES: 179.67 (cont.), the all time high
from Sep 3 in this long-term uptrend.
*** G M0 KEY LEVEL: Gilts have traded to historic highs this week. SUP: 135.026,
yesterday's low, S/T key level. SUP: 135.52 and 134.46 (cont). The former is the
Jan 30 high and a broader trend support. The latter is trendline support drawn
off the Jan 2 low .
*** JB1 KEY LEVEL: SUP: 153.38, Mar 3 low, key S/T support. 153.13, Feb 3 high.
RES: 154.57, 76.4% of the Sep - Dec downleg.
