CABLE: Lifts back toward $1.3200, after rate saw an extended high of $1.3203
before a corrective pullback to $1.3180 area. Cable buoyancy aided by the
recently released NIESR GDP outlook at forecast 0.4%, with previous month raised
to 0.5%(0.4%) along with general pressure on the Usd. Cable resistance has been
noted between $1.3200/05, a break to open a move toward the $1.3220 area.
