AUSSIE BONDS

The latest round of ACGB April '25 supply saw the weighted average yield print 0.80bp through prevailing mids at the time of supply (per Yieldbroker pricing), while the cover ratio wasn't particularly firm, at least by recent standards, the auction was still more than easily covered. Futures continue to hug tight ranges, YM -1.0, XM -2.0, with the cash ACGB curve also marginally steeper on the day. The space was happy to look through the latest round of domestic flash PMI data (as it normally does), with participants now looking ahead to the release of the AOFM's weekly issuance slate, which will be released at the top of the hour.
