A brief and limited nudge higher in TYU2 has reversed, with St. Louis Fed President Bullard (’22 voter) stressing that the Fed is committed to its inflation target, while highlighting the idea that a soft economic landing is feasible if any regime shift is “executed well,” as he once again pushed back against the idea of a recession (on the back of hawkish Fedspeak weighing on the space on Tuesday, as fleshed out in previous bullets). This leaves TYU2 operating at the base of its 0-05+ range, last -0-00+ at 120-03+.
