AUSSIE BONDS: Little to report for Aussie Bonds with the main contracts sticking
to tight ranges. YM & XM both +0.5 tick at writing. YM/XM deals at 39.0 ticks, a
touch flatter on the day, with the cash equivalent at 34.4bp.
- The AOFM's issuance schedule looks slightly busier next week vs. this week,
but none of the details came as a surprise, with two 10-Year basket bonds on
offer.
- Bills trade unchanged to 2 ticks lower through the reds. RBA repo operations
saw A$1.10bn worth of 12-day ops offered at an average of 1.245%, A$950mn of
28-day ops offered at an average of 1.264% & A$1.27bn worth of 67-day operations
offered at an average of 1.226%.
