FOREX: Little to write home so far, G10 crosses respect their familiar ranges.
NZD leads gains at the margin although there was no reaction initially to
in-line trade balance numbers. Meanwhile, safe haven currencies have faced some
mild selling pressure and underperform their G10 peers. GBP has also softened,
following yesterday's round of UK election polls which saw the Tory lead over
the Labour party narrow.
- The U.S. calendar is front-loaded ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, includes
domestic GDP, durable goods, personal income/spending and MNI Chicago PMI.
French and Italian sentiment figures are also awaited. BoJ's Sakurai and ECB's
Lane are set to speak, while YouGov will publish their MRP poll.
