LNG exports from Brunei are down nearly 67% so far in November from shipments for all October after all the facility has struggled to restart following a Nov. 19 operational incident, Bloomberg said.

  • Around 128k mt has been exported in November so far, with 381k mt exported in October.
  • The last vessel departed from the facility Nov. 13.
  • Brunei LNG has restarted “several trains” at its plant in Lumut, with the rest to be restarted soon after a recent “operational upset”, a market source told Platts Nov. 25.
