  • It is unclear whether the facility was directly affected after Francine made landfall on Wednesday but has since weakened into a tropical storm.
  • Plaquemines LNG is in a start-up phase and feedgas flows to the terminal had dropped to zero earlier in the week ahead of the arrival of the hurricane.
  • Gas flows to the other seven US LNG export plants in operation were relatively unchanged on the day, according to BNEF, with supply to Cameron LNG still below half normal levels after dropping earlier this week.
