Local Swap Curves Broadly Lower In Line With US Yields

  • LatAm Rates Snapshot: Swap rates in Mexico, Chile and Colombia are all lower on the day in line with moves in US yields on Tuesday with curves marginally bull flattening. The Brazil DI curve is the anomaly with the front end slightly higher ahead of next week's COPOM meeting where clear communication has signalled another 75 basis points hike is on the agenda.

    • 5-yr -5 bps at 6.03%
    • 10-yr -6 bps at 6.66%
  • Chile Camara Swaps:
    • 1-yr -3 bps at 1.19%
    • 2-yr -5 bps at 1.91%
    • 5-yr -8 bps at 3.04%
    • 10-yr -6 bps at 3.99%
  • Colombia IBR Swaps:
    • 1-yr -2 bps at 2.51%
    • 2-yr -7 bps at 3.35%
    • 5-yr -7 bps at 4.68%
    • 10-yr -9 bps at 5.57%
