FED: *** Looking at rate hike probabilities following NY Fed Dudley's mildly
hawkish comments in AP interview: chances of a hike at the Dec 13 FOMC remain
bear last week's lows at 36.8% (% via MNI PINCH). But it's interesting to note
that chances of a hike at the November 1 FOMC have risen to 32.0% from mid-upper
20s last week. Trade volume remains low, however, mired in light, late summer
trade. Plenty of opportunity to buy low delta put insurance at current low vol
levels, but active accts are staying close to the sidelines at the moment.
