After posting fresh weekly highs Wednesday, shifting the near-term focus
positive, Treasury futures looked fatigued Thursday, returning the outlook
neutral. To the upside, a pick-up in momentum is needed to shift the focus back
on the April 1 high at 124-05+. A break above here would open a return to the
March 27 high at 124-31, ahead of the 50% retracement level at 125-26+. Bears
