Gilt futures were unable to sustain gains above the 21-dma yesterday allowing
bears to regain the initiative. Yesterday's low at 126.94 is the initial
downside target, below which lies neckline support at 126.60/47/44 marking the
April 18/March 14/March 12 lows. Bulls need a close above the 21-dma/April 29
high at 128.69/91 to bring the April 10 high at 128.37 back into play. Above
here opens the April 2 high at 129.42.
