Latest polling from OpinionWay/Kea shows incumbent President Emmanuel Macron holding onto his lead in hypothetical second-round contests against centre-right Les Republicains (LR) nominee Valerie Pecresse and against right-wing Rassembelement National (RN) leader Marine Le Pen.
