US DATA: May wholesale inv +0.6%, above the 0.5% gain in the adv est. 
- According to an MNI calc, outlook for May business inv is +0.4% based 
on the +0.2% factory inv and assuming no revision to adv est +0.4% for 
retail inv. Business sales would be +1.3%, based on +2.5% wholesale 
sales, +0.6% factory shipments, and assuming no revision to +0.8% for 
retail trade sales.                    
- Ex. autos, May wholesale inv would have been +0.8% and sales would 
have been +2.5%, according to an MNI calc. 
- Wholesale durable inv +0.5% (auto -1.2%). Nondurables inv +0.7% (petro
+2.7%). Durables sales +1.9% (autos +2.9%), and nondurables sales +3.1% 
(petro +8.3%). 
- Inv/sales ratio down to 1.24 following 1.27 in April, and down from 
1.31 yr ago.
