Mexico Announces New Offering of Global Notes and Tender Offer

  • Mexico starts offering of new USD notes due 2034 and 2052, according to a statement.
    • Barclays Capital Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., BofA Securities, Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. will serve as joint lead underwriters for the notes offering
    • Mexico also announced start of a cash tender offer for following notes: 3.600% Global Notes due 2025, 3.900% Global Notes due 2025, 4.125% Global Notes due 2026, 4.150% Global Notes due 2027, 3.750% Global Notes due 2028, 4.500% Global Notes due 2029, 3.250% Global Notes due 2030, 4.750% Global Notes due 2032
      • Tender offer also includes 4.750% Global Notes due 2044, 5.550% Global Notes due 2045, 4.600% Global Notes due 2046, 4.350% Global Notes due 2047, 4.600% Global Notes due 2048, 4.500% Global Notes due 2050, 5.000% Global Notes due 2051
      • Tender period will expire at 12pm New York City time today for non-preferred tenders and at 2pm New York City time today for preferred tenders
