AUSSIE 3-YR TECHS: (Z17) 98.020-060 Support Region Key
*RES 4: 98.200 - Repeated daily highs June
*RES 3: 98.168 - 100-WMA
*RES 2: 98.130 - Low June 20 now resistance
*RES 1: 98.110 - High Nov 28
*PRICE: 98.080 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 98.060 - Daily Lows Nov
*SUP 2: 98.049 - 21-DMA
*SUP 3: 98.020 - Low Nov 16 & 17
*SUP 4: 97.969 - 100-DMA
*COMMENTARY: The break of the key 98.090 resistance has lacked follow through
and remains capped ahead of 98.130. Bulls now need a close above 98.130 to
initially target 98.168-200 and above 98.200 to shift focus to tests of 98.350
June highs. The 98.020-060 support region where 21 (98.049) & 200 (98.040) DMAs
are noted is now key. Bears need a close below 98.020 to ease bullish pressure
and shift focus back to 97.900-969.
AUSSIE 10-YR TECHS: (Z17) 97.4400 & 97.5200 Levels Key
*RES 4: 97.6157 - Daily Bull channel top
*RES 3: 97.6100 - High June 27
*RES 2: 97.5200 - Low June 20 now resistance
*RES 1: 97.5050 - High Nov 28
*PRICE: 97.4800 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 97.4400 - Hourly support Nov 22
*SUP 2: 97.3950 - Low Now 20
*SUP 3: 97.3898 - 21-DMA
*SUP 4: 97.3312 - 200-DMA
*COMMENTARY: The close above 97.4500 reconfirmed the bullish bias and saw
immediate focus back on 97.5200. Bulls now look for a close above 97.5200 to
confirm focus on 97.6100-6750 where June highs are noted. The Bollinger top
(97.5155) is currently the key concern for bulls. Bears still need a close below
97.4400 to ease bullish pressure and shift initial focus to 97.3950-4014 where
the 21-DMA is noted.
US 10-YR FUTURE TECHS: (Z17) Remains Capped Ahead Of 55-DMA
*RES 4: 125-20+ 100-DMA
*RES 3: 125-08+ 55-DMA
*RES 2: 125-07+ High Nov 15
*RES 1: 125-05+ Daily Bear channel top
*PRICE: 124-30 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 124-27 Low Nov 27
*SUP 2: 124-19 Lows Nov 21 & 22
*SUP 3: 124-16 Low Nov 14, Bollinger band base
*SUP 4: 124-06 Low Oct 25
*COMMENTARY: The failure ahead of the 55-DMA and marginal pop above the bear
channel top leave the contract looking a little heavy with pressure back on the
124-27 support. Overall the 124-16 support is key with bears needing a close
below to initially pressure 124-03/06 where the LT weekly TL is noted.
125-07+/125-25+ remains key resistance. Bulls need a close above the 55-DMA to
gain breathing room and above 125-25+ to shift immediate focus to 126-04+/09.
US 10-YR YIELD TECHS: 21-DMA Capping, 200-DMA Supporting
*RES 4: 2.386 - Hourly resistance Nov 14
*RES 3: 2.379 - High Nov 16
*RES 2: 2.362 - Daily Bear channel top
*RES 1: 2.351 - 21-DMA
*PRICE: 2.337 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 2.310 - Low Nov 28
*SUP 2: 2.305 - 200-DMA
*SUP 3: 2.282 - 100-DMA
*SUP 4: 2.273 - Monthly Low Oct 13
*COMMENTARY: Bears take comfort in the 21-DMA capping to start the new week and
pressure remaining on the key 2.273-3.305 support region where 100 & 200-DMAs
are noted. Bears need a close below 2.273 to confirm breaks of these level and
shift immediate focus to 2.207. Bulls now look for a close above the 21-DMA to
ease immediate bearish pressure and above 2.386 hint at a move back to 2.477
with above 2.419 confirming.
JGB TECHS: (Z17) Bull Channel Base Confirms Significance
*RES 4: 151.44 - Daily Bull channel top
*RES 3: 151.33 - High Sept 12
*RES 2: 151.21 - Low Sept 2 now resistance
*RES 1: 151.13 - High Nov 24
*PRICE: 151.03 @ 2030GMT
*SUP 1: 150.94 - Alternating support/resistance
*SUP 2: 150.88 - High Nov 16 now support, Channel base
*SUP 3: 150.83 - 21-DMA
*SUP 4: 150.68 - 55-DMA
*COMMENTARY: The daily bull channel base off Oct 23 lows confirmed significance
with the contract bouncing from a dip back to this support and the 21-DMA noted
just below. Bulls continue to look for a close above 151.13 to shift immediate
focus to 151.21 and above this level to target the channel top. Bears need a
close below the 21-DMA to confirm traction below the bull channel base and shift
initial focus back to key DMAs 150.55-68.
