MNI BRIEF: Norwegian Businesses See Limited Growth: CB Survey

LONDON (MNI)

Businesses in Norway on balance are expecting only minimal growth over the next six months, with exporters anticipating no growth at all, the latest Norges Bank survey shows. Expected annualized growth for the next six months was just 0.2% compared with 0.4% in the previous survey. Total annualized output over the past three months was also sluggish, at 0.3%. The survey was carried out between 26 October and 13 November, bridging positive vaccine news and the second Covid-19 wave.
