Final Polls Suggest Kast & Boric Favourites For Run-Off

The final polls released before the first round election, taking place 21 November, show Kast and Boric leading all other candidates.

The constitutional convention, currently in the process of writing a new constitution for the country, has proved controversial. A second round campaign running through to December involving Kast and Boric runs the risk of turning very negative very quickly.
