- In Germany, Bayernoil restarted the 40kbpd hydrocracker at the Neustadt refinery on 21 Feb after an unplanned halt amid a fire at the unit on 6 Oct. Bayernoil also restarted the 60kbpd CDU (Topping 2) at the Vohburg refinery on 22 Feb. The unit was shut on 11 Oct in an unplanned outage according to WoodMac.
- In France, Exxon Mobil’s Port Jerome, Gravenchon, refinery restarted the 83kbpd CDU on 21 Feb after it was shut on 16 Feb. TotalEnergies’ Donges refinery took the 220kbpd CDU and 97kbpd VDU offline on 19 Feb. The 39kbpd visbreaker and 55kbpd FCC remained offline since December according to WoodMac.
- In Belgium, TotalEnergies’ Antwerp refinery restarted the 234kbpd CDU and 58kbpd gasoline hydrotreater on 25 Feb and the 95kbpd VDU and 74kbpd FCC on 26 Feb in an unplanned halt on 24 February according to WoodMac.
