LONDON (MNI) - Wednesday's three key releases are all in Europe and start
with Spain's October Industrial Production at 0800GMT, followed by the Euro Area
November services and composite final PMI at 0900GMT and then October Euro Area
retail trade at 1000GMT.
Spain's industrial production in September declined by 0.1% y/y.
At 0830GMT and 0845GMT is ECB President Draghi and ECB Supervisory Board
member Daniele Nouy speak respectively in Frankfurt.
The Euro Area services PMI in the flash estimate was 53.1 and the MNI
median does not point to a change in this number. The composite PMI dipped to
52.4 in the November flash from 53.1 previously.
Euro Area retail sales grew by 0.8% y/y in October.
At 1015GMT is ECB Executive Board member Sabine Lautenschlaeger speaking in
Frankfurt.
Much of the US calendar has been postponed, as the US observes a national
day of mourning for former President George HW Bush.
At 1900GMT the Federal Reserve releases the Beige book for its upcoming
FOMC meeting in Washington.
