MNI: RBA Governor Lowe's Speech Tue Due At 1950hrs Sydney

     SYDNEY (MNI) - The Reserve Bank of Australia will release a speech by
Governor Philip Lowe at 1950 hours Sydney time (0950 hours GMT) Tuesday. 
     Lowe will speak at the RBA board dinner in Adelaide. The RBA's monthly
board meeting takes place in the morning and on this occasion it is in Adelaide.
     Both money market and economists are unanimous in their view the RBA will
leave the cash rate on hold at 1.5% Tuesday. Lowe is expected to elaborate on
the RBA decision in his speech.
