Financial Regulation in Washington, with audience Q&A.
     At 0855ET, the latest Redbook Retail Sales Index will cross the wires,
while the ISM-NY Manufacturing Index will be published at 0945ET.
     Bank of Canada Deputy Gov Sylvain Leduc speaks at the Chambre de commerce
de Sherbrooke Sherbrooke, QC, starting at 1230ET.
