MNI: US T-Note futures have traded in a tight........>

MNI: US T-Note futures have traded in a tight range overnight, off of
yesterday`s lows with the 10-year note sticking to a 4-tick range. 
- The yield curve has flattened slightly with the 2s10s dropping back down to
49.1bps.
- Eurodollar futures have remained listless following yesterday's drop which saw
the Dec contract price in an 8.8% probability that the Fed surprises with 3 more
hikes this year. 
- US industrial production and housing starts will be released later but markets
are likely to react more to German CPI data which could strengthen the case for
a near-term end to QE by the ECB. 
- T-Notes last at 118-21+, US Tsy ylds: 2Y 2.577%, 3Y 2.748%, 5Y 2.919%, 7Y
3.038%, 10Y 3.072%, 30Y 3.199%.
