EU: More clarification from BBG in its article re potential joint issuance: "To
fund the package, the commission would borrow up to 750 billion euros on
financial markets." Obviously, that would be significantly more borrowing than
seen under the EUR500bln package that had been originally put forth by France
and Germany. Though odd, in that case, that the EUR750bln in borrowing wasn't
the original headline.
