- Moscow Mayor's office is discussing the extension of the lockdown from 8 Nov to 15 Nov and also another scenario for a tighter lockdown until 1 Jan is on the table.
- A decision is expected no earlier than next week and is said to be dependent on the trajectory of the virus
- CBR Research Director says "It is very important for the Bank of Russia to ensure that we get inflation close to 4% by the end of next year (2022). Our goal is inflation close to 4%."
