Motiva’s 626k b/d Port Arthur refinery on the Texas Gulf Coast lost power to some process units Jan. 22 because of winter weather conditions, Bloomberg said citing a TCEQ filing.

  • Units at the largest US refinery that were impacted include FCC 3, Delayed Coker 1, Catalytic Reformer 4 and Alkylation Unit 4, Bloomberg said.
