  • Units at the largest US refinery that were impacted include FCC 3, Delayed Coker 1, Catalytic Reformer 4 and Alkylation Unit 4, Bloomberg said.
  • Port Arthur and other areas of the USGC have experienced snow and subfreezing temperatures as the area is hit by a winter storm.
